Model X August Deliveries

Got an email today that my X has entered production. I'm thinking best case scenario is that I'm a couple weeks away from delivery? I'm not sure how quickly things happen if production is on schedule (I'm picking up in Fremont, so no transportation time).

I'm in California and put down a $5,000 Model X deposit back in October. I placed the order in mid-June and am assigned a 112XX VIN. My delivery specialist confirmed that my car entered production this week (week of 7/25) and I should have around August 10th or so. Config: 90D, silver metallic, 6 seat interior (tan leather, black headliner), figured ash wood, AutoPilot, premium upgrades, ultra high fidelity, sub-zero, air suspension) I'm curious if there are any owners out there who have taken delivery after July 15th and if they've been able to see if there is any visible signed of added AutoPilot hardware (such as a second radar or additional cameras)? It'd be neat to see if Tesla is adding any new hardware ahead of the rollout of AutoPilot 2.0 software (which is not anticipated for a year or more).

Dropped by my Tesla SC at TyCo and guess what they had!!?? 4 more days...delivery still confirmed for August 4th. I can hardly contain my excitement. #KidInACandyStore

+XHokie Congratulations on your upcoming order. I'm just as excited! Just curious about your post since my Model X went into product last week and I'm supposed to take delivery about a week after you. When you went to the service center and saw the Model X in your photos, are you saying that the car was yours and you had to wait 4 days for them to prep the car to deliver it to you? Or is that car the same color/config as what you ordered and sitting there "taunting" you and building the excitement?

Hey @HockeyPlayer , congrats on your order as well. That is my actual vehicle, it is at my local SC. It arrived late last week, but the reason I cannot take delivery is because my DS is on vacation until August 2nd, and he scheduled delivery with me before my X arrived at the SC for August 4th, just to give some buffer in case there were delays in shipping to the east coast. So, my wait is just for my DS to get back in the office from his vacation...but that's my car! :)

My DS goes on vacation the day after I'm scheduled to take delivery. Hope there aren't any issues because this wait is killing me slowly

Glad i called my DS in Cleveland because mytesla tells me nothing. Ordered 90D 6/9 i believe, told to expect August. Then more like late August . Well i want to display it at a Wings and Wheels event just east of cleveland on Aug 6. I was hoping id have it, or maybe a demo for the day, or heck they just bring one out themselves from the showroom.

Well to my pleasant surprise, my 119XX is in the rail yard in Chicago as of 7/27, and i will probably actually get it delivered here next week, maybe Friday 8/6. PSYCHED!

90D, titanium, tan interior, autopilot, air suspension, 6 seat.

EVEN BETTER NEWS TODAY. I needed to do some paperwork for my trade-in and randomly stopped at the showroom. A trailer had just unloaded cars and i saw a MX in titanium. They were stripping off the protective shipment warp. It really got my attention when i noticed the tan seats. Looking in the window, i found it was my VIN # ! Looks like they will do their inspections and i will get this in 3 days. (Then i do *my* inspection. :) if i can contain myself.)

Just heard I'm in "late stages of production" for a mid-late August delivery. 6 seat X75D, confirmed 5/7 (and promised July on the public web page - but this is still better than I really expected after reading the threads. :) )

Took delivery of our 75D today. Initially they had the wrong VIN 133xx instead of 132xx. The Denver service center team did a great job handling the situation and walking us through the vehicle. We setup a separate detailing appointment. I had really high expectations going in and I'm just blown away by the vehicle - how it feels, all the features, the white interior.

The test drive vehicle felt slow in 75D mode but ours doesn't feel sluggish at all.

Congrats, so exciting!!! I can't wait for the 20th to get my MX
