What a 24hrs. Last night, Octopus tracker updated to show Dec22-Feb23. Then I start seeing the vinami this afternoon and @Darreno saying that lease customers can ask live chat. Live chat wasn't working, so I phoned. I got through to a very helpful lady who told me my order had been cancelled and she needed to put me on hold. As I was pacing the house she came back to say she realised she was looking at the wrong RN. I confirmed my RN and, you've guessed it, a VIN has been assigned to my account at 3pm today. The profile pic has never been more apt! Get in!
