Model Y West Coast Waiting Room (April 2021 Orders)

4/9, but I had to put my order on hold for a week around the end of June since I was traveling. My EDD has consistently been current_day + 1 to ~23-26 july since I released hold about a week ago.

July 16-27 was what I saw this morning (6am ish). I got the VIN around 10am

After 11 weeks of waiting and anxiety - my car has arrived!! 
Burbank center delivered it to my house as promised and even called me a few hours before to give me a heads up. Currently out of state but cant wait to get back home to see it!!

Got my VIN - 229xxx! Original order was on 4/9. I had a VIN assigned end of June, but had to put it on hold for about 10 days since I was traveling. Released the hold around 7/10, and got a new VIN on 7/14. EDD now shows July 15 - 19.

If I don't receive my car by the first week of August, I think I'm going to cancel. Waiting 15 weeks when originally quoted 3-5 weeks is unacceptable imo.

They really should not give EDD's.. People post them on here and get anxiety over nothing. Mine originally was 4-6.
My Annoyance is due to us being in California they only really deliver the last 3 weeks of the Quarter. I got June promises, lots of dates, texts, etc.. The day June 30 hit..
Then followed with a September EDD.Anyone else having delivery issue with the phone number they gave? 888 518-3752? It goes in a loop and you can not get to anyone, it just hangs up on you. Another fine customer service quality featured by Tesla. Lol

The part that frustrates me is the limited communication I've had with my SA, he said I needed to order then to guarantee a delivery in May, then said "for sure in June", then "you'll have it by early July".
Scheduled for pickup today at Colma! Almost exactly 14 weeks to the day since we ordered.

Congrats, I remember going through hell with you and the end of last quarter. The minute you get the car you will totally forget all the waiting
What I have realized is the SA is really useless, they don't know anything.
Every contact will push you off. If you push them you'll realize they're giving you the same date that's online.
Delivery Centers might have an idea of flow, but won't know anything about a specific order.

Be patient y'all VIN's are coming. If you have a production model 7/2021 you will receive Bioweapon Defense Mode w/the new HEPA filters as a reward for patiently waiting! As a contact lens wearer this is great for allergy season! I'm a bit envious.
