Well I’m attempting to apply this approach this morning given the lack of response to email and text this week and the fact that my delivery window of 7-20 August is fast expiring. No news at all.
Call #1 - on hold for 1 hour 55 mins, got a new ringtone and got excited thinking it was about to be answered. Only to get the automated message from the very start of the call queue. Again. 5 minutes later, the call dropped. Grrrr.....
Call #2 - so far on hold for over 30 minutes.
Basically, I just want to know if my car has any chance of being delivered within the communicated delivery window, of which there are 5 days left. And it’s quite important as I may well be selling my current car tomorrow
