They might need to get conversion ratios to determine how large of batches to put in the queue.
I would think a significant number will wait for the 3SR or AWD, or just postpone for other reasons.
Conversion ratios will probably be different than what they saw from existing MS/X owners due to demographic differences.

I was a good bit back from you at the corner of the building. I took the right side as well which was lucky because the left side seemed to be having technical difficulties. No invite for me just yet.

You might want to check the website anyway - chances are the configuration is ready despite not having an official email. It will be for LR model though.
