October 2021 Order Delivery Dates

My OD was actually 10/10/21 but completed my profile on 10/15/21. But man it sure didn't feel good. Was starting to line up some things in preparation also, but, c'est la vie.

I ordered 10/5, similar configuration as you white but black interior, and 20" wheel, my EDD bounced around and I am hoping I will get my car by EOQ. My EDD is 4/10-5/8. I keep my hope high for EOQ delivery.

Give it a few days. I bet it'll change back to March.

Edit: Sorry, I accidentally thought you were in California. I still hope it changes for you, but Tesla usually does a west coast push at the EOQ rather than ship to the east.

Quantified all my EDD changes for my MYLR/5/white ext/black int/19 Gemini/no tow/no FSD.

Turns out, EDD changed more than I thought

October 18: Order Placed
(EDD 1) On October 27: Feb 12 to March 12
(EDD 2) On October 31: Jan 28 to Feb 25
(EDD 3) On Dec 6: Feb 19 to Mar 19
(EDD 4) On Feb 6: Mar 12 to Mar 31
(EDD 5) On Feb 21: April 23 to May 21
(EDD 6, current) On Mar 4: May 23 to June 20

Sometimes I think living in California is a disadvantage when buying a Tesla because everyone else and their cousin is also buying one.

Regardless, good to see similar or less-optioned builds getting VIN assignments with similar order dates.

That is crazy... but, I believe it is a common theme that when you get bumped far out liked that, you tend to receive a VIN in the following days

I’ve been stuck on “June 2022” since Friday and nothing yet . Been checking throughout the day in case a VIN pops up, but no luck yet.

From what I have been reading here, both. Some get a Text with info that they have a VIN and to go to app to look. Others dont get that Text and just happen to see it in App.
