I'm in the same boat. Received my VIN 16 days ago. They told me my car arrived at the delivery center already (arrived on 5/4 actually) and is going through the final inspection... apparently that takes over 2 weeks..

Did the exact same thing.. got VIN on 4/25, called them and scheduled for 5/5, actually got as far as calling them on 5/3 to confirm I didn't have a parts hold, they confirmed everything is good. They called me back within 5 minutes and said "actually there is a parts hold, it will be ready...

That's exactly what happened to me, only to get a call back 5 mins later... actually your car sucks and won't be ready until 16th :)

So I called them.. wanted to confirm it would be ready for Thursday. Confirmed everything is good and then they actually called me back saying there is a logistics delay and won't be ready until week of the 16th then allowed me schedule a delivery time for the 16th.

Dammnit, fell victim to the part shortage and had delivery appointment moved from 5/5 to 5/16, Mt. Kisco. The wait is killing me even more!

That is crazy... but, I believe it is a common theme that when you get bumped far out liked that, you tend to receive a VIN in the following days

I also got bumped this morning.. was sitting strong at February 28 - March 28 ever since ordering on 10/10. Now April 25th - May 23rd. East Coast

I have the same order date and exact same build as you. EDD is 2/28 - 3/28. Fingers crossed it's accurate!
