So long as there is no big delay in getting the utility transformer installed and everything energized, then it should certainly be operational before year end. When talking to planning/zoning boards, Tesla says that they generally expect the construction phase to last 3 to 6 weeks. But timing/scheduling with the utility and transformer procurement is always a bit of a crap shoot, so even if they are basically done being built they could end up having to wait months until things are actually finished.

Status as of this morning is: they are working on a Saturday, pad and foundation concrete poured and curing, steel post in place for the fencing and large boxes in the enclosure which may be the charging structures (only a guess). Here are a couple of pictures.

More likely the surround for the transformers, chargers and perhaps battery pack.

There are at least 8 stalls and could be 10. I will be there this afternoon and will see if I can get an exact count. The vertical steel posts are for the transformers enclosure I am sure because they surround the concrete pad.

Based on the conduit sets, to me it looks like 6 Supercharger Cabinets for 12 stalls (or potentially, though much less likely, 11 stalls). Though I guess it's also possible that they've installed extra conduit to allow for future expansion and there'll actually be fewer installed initially. But, regardless, we should see definitively pretty soon.

Here is the scoop, there are 11 conduits in a row plus one next to the transformer closure which apparently will allow for charging with a trailer attached. This is larger than expected. No sign of a roof structure for solar panels. More pictures tomorrow.

Went by the site this afternoon, no workers and nothing new to show, therefore no new pictures. Maybe they took off for Thanksgiving. I will be back up there on Friday and will report.

This is great to see. The Phoenix —> Holbrook run has always entailed some range anxiety when driving my old S85, so a Payson charger is fantastic news.

Yes they are back to work after the holiday and making progress. A lot of wiring being done and looks like they may be about ready to set the transformers. Here is a pictures. I will check tomorrow to see the progress.

Went by yesterday but nothing new to see so no new pictures. They are running underground wiring and pouring more cement. I will send new pictures next week when I go up. They have to be close to setting the transformers. They are there in the enclosure.

Drove by on Saturday, looks like the transformers were installed, but didn't see any individual charge units, nor the storage/inventory units anymore...I would think the next step would be the installation of the charging stations...but didn't see them onsite...
