Why don't you guys that are experiencing the issue try to figure out if there are one or more common denominators, like android operating system version, phone, carrier, etc. For example, I'm using Kitkat 4.4.4 on a Verizon HTC One M8, and am not experiencing what you guys are.

Also include charger type (i.e. HPWC, Supercharger, NEMA 14-50, etc).

I'm on v6.1. The phone is a Sprint HTC m8 on Android 5.0.2 (Cyanogenmod 12 nightly build from March 30th)

Given how long it took for the Android app to support the "charge slider" instead of "normal/range charge" (roughly 18 months from it being introduced in firmware), I don't think that's a valid assumption

I believe so. I've never received a notification when an update completed, just when it was ready to be installed.

I thought with the new OAUTH based authentication we have to re-enter the password every 60 days. Are you asked to do that more frequently than that?

No at all. Are you using the latest iPhone app or Android App. I don't have this issue with either platform.

When I say constantly, I mean it's every time I restart the app, even if it's within the same minute.

If it's already running in the background, I can *usually* open it again without having to re-enter my password, although it sometimes does prompt me for it.

But if the app is not already in the background, or if my iPhone is rebooted, then I have to enter my password 100% of the time upon launch. This never happened until yesterday.

Yes I'm on 2.3, which I upgraded to yesterday, and since then the "problem" started happening.

Have you tried to kill the app or reboot your phone, then launch the app again?

When turning on the heat on the car from the app, my pink arrows are above the car, yet on my wifes phone its in the car like I see in Bjorn's videos. Anybody else get this? I've deleted and reinstalled it. I'm on a iphone 6+ and wife is on iphone 6

I had to login once after getting the update. Have launched it several times since then without having to reenter my credentials. (iPhone 5s)
