Now I wonder Tesla can add a safety feature to the car: Do not move the car forward or backward if a potential accident is detected. Just give loud and clear warning and only move the car when the driver overrides the warning.

By doing what, exactly? Door won't open until pressure equalizes, which is often too late. She presumably tried to open the windows without luck. Her friends that paddled and swam out to the car couldn't break the glass.

Calling emergency agencies. Calling family members, friends, people in the estate that hosted the party to bring hammers,... and come to the lake to do something about it. Both of them should call.
