By reserving now, it locks in the price. If the price of the MYP decreases, I'll get that lower price. If it increase, I'll get the locked in price. Also, If I decide to take delivery sooner, I can do that or I can keep delaying. My advisor said he has no idea if the price of the MYP will change in the near future, but at least I won't have to worry about a price increase.

Tesla's account says application valid for 60 days! so if you are within time frame you are fine.
If you reapply for same kind of loan within given time frame credit agencies consider it as 1 inquiry. so that should be fine too
I don't see much activity here, but I had delivery scheduled for the end of March on my MYP (blue, black, hitch) but pushed it because we were going to be out of town.
Just un-paused today (April 13th) and I'm getting a 7-11 week estimate.
Tesla scheduled a home delivery for me on Apr 15. Since interest rate from my bank is so low (1.74%), I am going to get a loan and the loan is not signed yet. So, I am not sure if it will still work.
I got my delivery last Thursday. MYP MSM, Black Interior.
Going into the delivery check list, nothing was really wrong with the car. It was flawless to me at least.
The ONLY issue I had a complaint about was the two Keycards it came with. They both looked deformed and melted. I did get them switched out the next day at the nearest Tesla Service Center
