Yes! However, those of us on TMC who apparently know a hell of a lot more than any wall street analyst, know that those 31 acres are the test track that Tesla recently bought (previously leased). In other words they're not expanding the actual factory, heck most of it is unused still.

I was maybe wrong here, sorry. Elon answers question now and it doesn't necessarily seem that it has a test track on it.
