Is there a livestream of the event?

Supposedly one has not been planned. I presume that was to encourage live attendance and video coverage by the news media. But I would not be surprised if the company relents to public demand as the event nears, and brings in a TV crew to televise it. If not livestreamed, I would expect a recording to be made available shortly afterward.

So now the question is: is the market going to be disappointed with this? I think probably, yes.

I can't imagine the market reacting negatively to this, the acceleration boost is huge for a lot of people and will drive demand even further. The difference from 4,2 to 3,2 is huge, and if the 3,2 number is as conservative as the 4,2 then it may even achieve it in 3s.

that 0-60 is jaw-dropping. That will be the headline, and rightfully so.

Here is the company they will be in:

We don't need to drive demand further, they can't satisfy the demand they have. The only thing this means to the market is that margins will probably be a be a bit higher. Which is nice, but we just had a big run-up this past week. I think we see a sell off now.

I think it is a really cool product and all, I just think that it isn't enough to keep this rally going. Just my opinion.

So now the question is: is the market going to be disappointed with this? I think probably, yes.

Why? Last week it was known that Models X & 3 are eventually coming. They will have separate unveiling events. Meanwhile, these other features were not expected so quickly.

These other features, while interesting, aren't part of Tesla's not-so-secret Master Plan.

I think the market generally does not expect to see Model 3 for some time, but Model X is a different story. Delays and lack of news raise questions, rightly or wrongly, about plan execution.
