Here's another stupid, minuscule issue that this asshole Elon and his team have created for their customers just to save a few pennies. I just purchased a 2023 Model Y and am really disappointed that Musk and his team of jackasses have taken away Homelink, charging cables and a working phone charger from car. I hope he never gets his $57B - Elon's turned into a Class A Asshole!

So much wrong here.

1. Who the heck is this Burton person? Never heard of them. 36k followers? Probably mostly bots. That's not a star. That's just another nobody, and apparently a terrible nobody criminal.
2. Apparently this Burton got arrested and convicted for committing abuse. Then the richest man in the world attacked her. Where is this "moral cloak that cannot be questioned"? Because somebody else on TikTok defended them? Puhleaze. But hey, maybe it was big in some far left or far right echo chamber of another 36k people, probably mostly bots. Maybe 36 people.
3. Here, the bigotry of Musk is that he ascribes some kind of magical cloak of moral invincibility to trans people. I'm not sure where he gets that from. Most trans people I see are heavily marginalized. The ones I've known personally have all suffered from horrific mental health issues, well beyond gender dysphoria.
4. Here, the abject bigotry of Abjectivist, and those who agree with such drivel sellers, is to ascribe to Israel the same mythical "moral cloak that cannot be questioned". This ties directly into a long, long history of seeing Jews as overly powerful people who control the world.
Ad hominem is telltale for lack of arguments, but go on.

Great value from Credit Karma (owned by INTUIT). They use information that's readily available to the credit services anyway. I like being able to see my credit history back to the day I was born. All the houses, all the cars, all the travel, all the wives (not really), and a complete credit history showing no late payments for 31 years, of course until the illustrious Digital Credit Union came along.

Credit Karma has offers that match your credit history. Low-rate cards, better home financing, cheaper auto loans, cheaper insurance, NO HASSLE LIKE DCU, and most important to me, they alert you when someone, like DCU is trying to rip you off. What's not to like, for FREE? They make money off of those who pursue their offers. It's veryy nice to have all of your credit history in one secure place. They even offer a NET WORTH calculation package. It has been of great value to me.

My CYBERTRUCK will be here next week, and instead of financing it with DCU, as I had planned, I will pay cash for it. Their loss. Behavior has consequences.
I will be selling my Model Y and paying off the current DCU loan, as well. Suck it up, DCU. Done with you. You can rip off someone else.
BEWARE and AVOID.

No one's forcing anyone to sign up for anything. Just sharing a positive experience with Credit Karma.
If you don't like it, you might want to try the Diesel Blog.
KMA!

By all means, get an alignment! No one is trying to take your God given right to get an alignment, especially if you think the factory alignment will tear the tires off the car! My 2021 never needed an alignment and I'm trading it in on original tires for the M3P and the tires still look brand new. So I was just pointing out that driving the car a few miles and detecting a slight pull to the right may not necessarily mean you need an alignment! If it did that consistently even on non crowned roads, I'd certainly have an alignment too.
You obviously don't drive much. This isn't about crowned roads. This is about understanding CARS and the AUTOMOTIVE industry. Tesla does not check or correct the alignment on a single car that they assemble. By your logic this means that when I add coilovers, I don't need to do an alignment UNLESS the tires come off the car. WHAT A JOKE!. And for you to "assume" that a '23 MP3 doesn't come with positive toe (like every single one that was built) just shows that you don't drive much, therefore don't have the issues with premature tire wear, and therefore should recognize the topic for those that do. If we were WONDERING IF the car pulled, we'd be all ears. Those of us that care get alignments ANYTIME the suspension is worked on. Your logic isn't even useful for my teenage daughter.

Every time you let go of your steering wheel and your car drifts right for a moment, go get an alignment. I really could not care less. I just wouldn't suggest that logic for everyone.

Then don’t use it. I’m sure someone else will be grateful to not have your car blocking the stall.

What a weird and tone deaf thing to whine about.
No one wants a 2kw and no one uses this station. Let me guess u loved dial up internet from net zero cause it was free. Despite it was super slow and had a 1000 pop up ads. Now I’ll explain how the rest of the planet feels about so called free chargers-if it’s super slow it had go to go. No one cares if it’s free…..tear it down, rip it out and relocate a truly free faster charger. The wheel that squeaks the loudest gets the oil bro. 😎

Do be careful in that “super sketchy” Canadian neighborhood. I’d hate for someone to misgender you or pour maple syrup on your hood while you’re out prowling the ghetto for FREE electricity.

You get what you pay for, eh?

That’s yr comeback that’s it. How is life in the slow lane, nothing to contribute intelligently. I’m charging 30 meters away from police station, well lit, for free and way faster. I don’t settle for so called free sub-standards, obviously you do.

It's the 17th now... I'm seeing discounts on inventory ranging from $100 to $1,000 on the 5 available vehicles in the PDX area. Again, happy to have bought in March.

People making large purchase decisions based on the veracity of Elon Musk’s statements is absolutely not off topic for this thread.

Your thoughtless comment added nothing to the thread, so it's OT by default.

You're both useless and bitter? What a wretched state of being. I hope you develop thicker skin one day, followed by being useful.
If you wish to compare notes on usefulness and our respective contributions in both this thread and the forum in general, let's go ahead and do that. 👍

As for thicker skin - I suggest reading your posts and mine one more time to see which one of us is experiencing a thin-skinned tantrum.

No one 'needs' a HUD. If you don't like the interior style, don't buy a Tesla!
Not talking about HUD, talking about the instrument panel screen. 99.9% of cars in the market has an instrument display panel. Their model S,X has an instrument display panel. And you try to justify that Model 3 and Y without one is ok? Tesla sure tame their fanboys well.

Whatever. There is an instrument panel, it's just a different format. Go and play with your ICE car.

Sorry there’s good replies and why did you reply at all replies?

I do t even want to promote the replies that …What? Don’t ruin this thread! Don’t change it from what is was. If you don’t understand it don’t twist it to something it’s not. Don’t spin doctor my thread. Stop changing my thread.

No one has replied that they have a charge point. So this thread is ruined in my opinion. It’s now deviated from the point.

I get 48amp /10kw at Tesla chargers. What the blank is “someone told you? Go away! I said I get that not gossip not someone told me.

I get 45amp/10kw on non Tesla chargers. No one one told me. I am stating a fact.

I get 48amp/11.5kw Tesla maxed with my ChargePoint using a 70amp breaker and higher rated 6 gauge cable at a higher rice then regular 6gauge and 6amp. No one one told me. That is a fact.

Charge point advertises 50lbs and 12.5kw. No one one told me that’s a fact. In order to do that, you have to run 4 gauge then reduce to 6gage at a junction box which could overheat and cause a fire or may not pass inspection. No no one told me that. I am not repeating gossip. STOP spin doctoring my words! It is a FACT.

Now back to the original post:
If anyone actually has ( not heard or read …don’t reply), if you actually have one installed, then can you please post if you are using a 600mbps breaker, are you getting 10kw or 11kw.

That is for other owners thinking of getting the ChargePoint. Please don’t reply if you don’t own one. Dont Trump my thread!
Thank you
