My EDD changed from June 04 - 14 to 8 - 12 weeks today...
Ordered 4-26 for SR+ with no customization in Vancouver, Canada. Guess we're in the same boat...

I have the same configuration and location ordered March 30th... Called my SA yesterday as it still shows 8-12 weeks and he says its glitch - my car should be here June 8th.

Called my SA today. He was very nice and answered all my stupid questions that, I'm sure, a bunch of others also asked. He would not commit to a date at all but said my White SR+ with black interior and 19" wheels would be here by the end of June.

I also asked him about the Demo models and he seemed to be steering me away from them for some reason. The low miles ones are all gone, anyway...

Probably due to the mass amount of people calling now checking on their orders.

I swear that when I get someone on the line, I am going to get the employee that has had to answer the same question 1000 times, who just wants to go home and drink himself to sleep.

Keep trying! Give it another shot in like an hour, maybe they're on lunch or something? Going to that phone option takes you to delivery specialists I believe, not normal SAs

Great to hear that! Do you have VIN assigned already? My SA told me that VINs should be assigned before shipment from Fremont factory so it should be at least 3-4 days before delivery for us.

Yeah give them a call, the guy pulled up my account and gave me some good info. (559) 492-4880, press option 4, then option 1. They’re probably gonna ask you why you called them instead of your SC, I just said mine wasn’t picking up

I called this number and talked to someone. They said they couldn't tell me anything and I had to call my delivery center (Kansas City). I told them that they don't answer the phone.. and they said to try again as everyone is experiencing high call volumes.

So looks like it's back to the guessing game lol

So, speaking of TAXES... Can anyone buying from Texas clarify the current situation with taxes?.. I'm financing via Chase (after requesting a better rate from Tesla), and the order page in the Tesla website says something like "Includes taxes, fees, order fee and payments" but doesn't really list the tax amount anywhere in the breakdown... Are my taxes financed, or am I expected to pay that 6% at the DMV once I take delivery and register the car?

They can add that amount to the financed amount.

I received my VIN! Yippee!!! Called our Tesla Advisor and scheduled an appointment to take a demo overnight so we get used to driving it before delivery,
So, it looks like the original EDD was just about spot on. Original EDD: June 3 -23. VIN received June 4. Tesla Advisor stated the car take 10-14 days to arrive in Tampa, so expect it to be in Tampa around the 18th. So, delivery probably would be anytime around the 19th. Oh and by the way. when we received the VIN the EDD now states June 19-26. So again, the original EDD was pretty accurate.
I hope this info helps others gauge when to anticipate their delivery. So very excited!!!

Did not know you can get a demo car need to remember to ask for that. Would be super helpful to get used to after 1 test drive. Congrats!

I dunno.. My EDD is still 13-14 weeks from when I ordered. Obviously the day I placed the order it said 1-13 weeks... so there's that

Whats bs is I ask my SA last week for a demo vehicle any color & she says "I'm looking ill get back to you ASAP". Then I go into the store today & they tell me a bunch of ppl came and bought all the demos just today. What a horrible SA. Luckily though I spoke to a diff SA who says my car will be produced June 13 and delivered by June 25. Rn it says 8-12 weeks so dont be scared if it says that!
