The pins on that map mean next to nothing and their precise locations mean absolutely nothing. You're much better off viewing the map at supercharge.info for construction and/or permitting news. There is currently no news for a supercharger site in Tacoma and there most certainly will not be a functioning supercharger in Tacoma in 2019.

Yeah this always means they are powered up and opening is imminent. Some small percentage of the time, he might find a major problem and power off the site before he leaves, but 90+% of the time it opens that day.
