There is no meter on this "transformer like" cabinet, the slab is too
large, there is a black plastic wrapped conduit and a white pvc pipe sticking up.
if there is no meter mounted on the transformer already, I would bet the meter will be mounted over that conduit and go to a coil inside the transformer box.
Has anyone seen the meter can (gray box which houses the meter)? Its not mounted on the transformer as it would have been visible in one of the two pics of the x-former. Brkaus probably nailed it's future location.

Attached photo is NOT the supercharger, but a place of business I go frequently. The whole pad layout looks pretty similar to the one at the supercharger.
The one below has metalic conduit going up to the meter base. I’m guessing that is what is wrapped up at the SpC location
