Blaxland was part NSW Govt funded so arguably needs V4 stalls to comply with the specs (charge all cars (well all CCS2 cars), and CC facilities).
Guess we will see. If it is a V4 stall upgrade, would expect to see the same at Campbeltown, Figtree, Tenterfield, Wagga Wagga and Yass.
From the Essential Energy site posted in the Taree thread can't see any power upgrades.

And confirmed by Tesla email.
Interestingly email list a much longer shutdown for Blaxland (all the other upgrades are only 3 days).

Post from Peter that Blaxland likely to re-open this afternoon. Tesla tech will then go to Campbeltown, contractor to Yass.
