I might become a bit annoyed at all the people turning up in the driveway of my private residence opposite the rear of the Albury Commercial Club, which is where the Tesla app says I have 16 SuperChargers...

how much solar power does the club have?
I counted

545 on the N side
256 in the S side (on tilt frames)
64 on E roof

Total = 865 panels
Assuming 330W per panel (yes I know there are higher yielding panels)

= 285kWh

Daily production in summer = 285*7 = 2MWh/day
Daily production in winter = 285*4 = 1MWh/day

Will support 1 SC bay charging at 250kW😄 (yes i know, the average powerdraw will be a lot less)

Well done. That would definitely wipe out my power bill.

IKEA Tempe has 4000 solar panels on its roof for just under 1 MW. At the time (2014) it was the largest single roof solar installation in the country. I don‘t know if it still is. These days a system that size would be 1.6 MW.
It's been beaten:

And an even bigger install

"the Altona North: Melbourne Parts Centre (TPC) site was selected for the installation of a 3.07MW/2.4MVA PV system."

I was supposed to go there today but was too tired after a funeral yesterday.

I will, however be heading there tomorrow as ill need to charge up after doing a dozen or so “Deanies” in the model 3.

If anyone wants pics of anything inperticular let me know, although im sure some of you have been there already..
