Look over as you pass thru Giddings and see if they remove the fencing surrounding the chargers, it was still there when I left.

No stall numbers yet and the TESLA doesn't appear lit.

I'm driving company vehicle which is a gasser, so can't test.

The TESLA not being lit obviates any need to test. It isn't on.

the Tesla is lit at all times, it doesn't go off during the day.
If it's not lit, it's not working

Well I'm there now. Transformer is humming, meter is activated but shows "000000". The construction fencing is down, piled off to the side. There are 3 cones out partly blocking 8 parking spots. 8 pedestals, none illuminated, none numbered. No spots ICEd. The permanent fence is up around the cabinets.

The restroom works well.
