The building is the construction. I will be back by in two weeks and I will take daytime photos if someone else doesn't beat me to it

I didn't look around too much. It was pretty busy around the site.

Apparently Tesla has made an error on their online Supercharger map. Or the construction that has been reported at that site is not what we think it is.

If Kettleman is not what we think it is, then Electrek got pwned. Which is always possible. I do note that their original article said that the construction docs they received had no electrical specs...

The construction time to rehab the building is probably significantly longer than the Supercharger portion. They could have separated the permitting of the overall site, the building, and the Superchargers.
