*** JUST IN *** New McBride Superchargers currently under construction at the Petro-Canada at 795 Bridge Road, McBride, BC V0J 2E0.
Just confirmed with a phone call with a Village of McBride official, confirmed that they're being built right now.
Can someone add this to the map and open a new thread...

Good point ... so I just called the Petro-Canada and the guy confirmed that he sees Tesla hardware on the spot, electric conduits are installed, 8 chargers and depending on the weather, operational by January to February. It's pretty reliable info. I do my due diligence when researching and contacting officials.
Not necessarily. I’ve combed through a bunch of McBride council meeting minutes and found info from a while ago about potential sites, but nothing about this site. That said, I’m pretty convinced this is happening.
Petro-Canada station attendant is above Prime Minister in the hierarchy of Canada, so I think it is pretty reliable.

This is happening, I contacted McBride City earlier this year to confirm. I live close to McBride so next week I'll drop by to get pics of both McBride and Valemount BC!

Before making the trip to McBride I asked locals and they said right now there is nothing to see but piles of dirt, so its just started.
