I was already checking out this site because of Electrify America construction, but today... Surprise! It's a Tesla Supercharger site too :)

Town Center
5220 Town Center Blvd
Peachtree Corners, GA 30092

Three V3 cabinets means 12 pedestals. The pedestal footings are in, but I could not count them because they were obscured by construction trailers. Workers were on site and I didn't want to spook them, but 12 seems likely and definitely V3.

Attn @Chuq

If you are local and taking a look, this is located in the southern corner of main parking deck, on bottom level. Quickest access is via rear entrance past Farm Burger and CMX CineBistro theater.

If visiting construction site, please keep respectful distance from workers, and keep them out of any photos you take.

This development and its streets are fairly new. If the listed address does not exist in your navigation software, navigate to 5220 Peachtree Parkway instead.

Can u update Supercharge.info site?

As you saw, corywright already took care of this, but note that that's why I tagged user "Chuq" in my original post. He's one of the supercharge.info admins and we tag him or others to get them to apply that update.

Thanks Otis for the pictures, confirming 12 pedestals. Please continue to visit this site and save me the trip :) Be on the lookout for the EA construction too, probably right next to the Tesla equipment, but I'm not sure when that's going to start.

Wow! I live right across the street. I had no idea there was one being constructed.

It is an unusual location for a supercharger. Peachtree Pkwy connects to Peachtree Industrial, which is a busy limited access local highway, but it is not a typical route for long distance travellers. Almost everybody going through Atlanta on this side of town would be on I-85 instead, and Town Center would be a diversion.

Peachtree Corners runs a technology incubator and has a fully autonomous shuttle that operates in a dedicated lane. Or at least, it did before the plague. The city made a substantial financial investment building the Town Center, and may well have contributed to the cost of this supercharger installation.

Maybe having a Tesla supercharger in a mall is now seen as a status symbol :). I am 5 min from the Avalon supercharger, but I will be visiting this one just to test out the V3 speed :)

The city has made a push to attract younger and tech-savvy residents. They installed Sharepoint chargers when the deck was built at the end of 2018. The technology incubator, the autonomous test track with the shuttle, the new $6M pedestrian bridge, the park with free concerts, and EV charging are all part of the city council's attempt to promote the brand of the city to younger workers. I can't say for sure that the city paid for the chargers, but they aren't collecting rent from Tesla for the space. They may be waiving the city's franchise fees for the electrical service.

I go to this area frequently (love Lazy Dog restaurant/bar), but as others have said, this is an unusual location, kind of away from any main highway, and sure seems like the builders may have proposed this to Tesla (and pay for it?) to help bring more and more folks to the new area.

They should have installed Urban Superchargers IMO and put the V3s where they are more needed. Like I75 or i85 south. I live in Atlantic Station and even adding more here would likely be a better use.

I walked over to the site today using the pedestrian bridge, which opened yesterday. There was a crew of four guys working, so I didn't take a picture. The chargers will be on the south edge of the deck. I would have expected them to go up on the top level of the deck, because this is prime parking for the movie theater, assuming it ever reopens.

The pedestrian bridge connects the Town Center to the Forum, an outdoor mall. Between the Town Center and the Forum, there are a number of restaurants. There is a public toilet on the north side of the green. I'm not sure how much long distance traffic this location will receive, but it will probably be one of the better charging sites in Georgia, just based on amenities within short walking distance.
