Charged there this morning at 9am. Was there about 9am and not a single Tesla stopped by for the 35 min charge. SOC was about 27% so was only getting initially 92kW but I'm sure with lower SOC it would go 115+kW. There were two chargers that still had yellow tape on it so that would be my guess as to why it shows reduced service. Tesla needs to just indicate 2 chargers are unavailable rather than show reduced service as it is misleading. If I were to look at the picture on the map, I would skip it entirely.

Getting 93kW... worker said final inspection any day now. They *might* shut back down until landscaping is done before ‘final final’ approval... but I hope they leave them open!

It would be tough to shut it down tesla updated their SC map on their website.

5 separate 135 kW superchargers for 10 stalls.. impressive

Great photos. The first box on the left side is missing the metal lip at the top. Appears to be a rain deflector, above the access door, and is present on the other 4. Someone with connections to corporate might want to bring it to their attention.

I have no idea why it didn't show up on the in-car screen on Sunday evening. Vacaville, both Folsom, Roseville and Rocklin all showed up, but not Sac. However, since the time I posted that message, I've always noticed it on the screen.

It could be that you weren't within the circumference of Superchargers from your present location. I don't see Manteca from the Bay Area until I get passed Dublin for a while.

Are the chargers located in an area of the parking lot where they are likely to get ICEd? The photos look like they are in a location away from businesses so that should be good.

That was not the case . It was the other way around - I was in downtown Sacramento and therefore it was the closest .

No, they are farthest from the retail stores, and should rarely be ICEd.

I was also there about a week ago and it was iced by a older black lexus with massive 24" chrome rims. A lady and a pant sagging guy swaggered to the car. The parking lot was only 50% full. There was no reason to ice the spot.

Coming from the airport it's a bit of a trip off the highway due to the way they intersect -- probably 15 minutes with regular traffic and red lights. Approaching from any other direction should be half that amount of time. Either way, it's a lot of twists and turns off I5-S.

While I can't see myself using it much (I'm only a few miles away), it's a nice emergency charger since I have 115v at my house. It means I don't have to charge in Vacaville on my way home from the Bay and can arrive with negligible charge, and still be able to charge quickly if I need to leave Sacramento for something last-minute and don't have the charge to make it to Vacaville.

I visited at about 4:30 AM today and I was the only one when I pulled up, but was joined by two other Teslas. Obviously not ICEd since none of the stores were open yet.

Stopped by the Sacramento, CA Supercharger today. Good locale, lots of restaurants and other businesses nearby make this a pleasant addition to the list.

However we were surprised that the Casa Ramos Mexican and BJ's restaurants were not included in the listed businesses nearby. There is also a large Barnes & Noble in the same area nearby (about 2 blocks away from the SC's).
