No, not at all. There are instances of proof from other SC searchers, that nothing happens, but, those people disappeared within a week.

Drove by this morning, one worker was sweeping inside but he didn't mind that I took pictures, just that I don't take them directly at him.

Sounds like regular supercharger units as opposed to the urban chargers if they are shared. Would this be correct? I wonder how they determine which sites will get the regular superchargers as oppose to the urban variety. Seen photos of urban ones in shopping center parking lots just like this location (ie Skokie, IL).

Urban superchargers are also shared, two pedestals per supercharger cabinet. Instead of giving up to 120 kW to one car and the remainder to the car at the shared pedestal, up to 72 kW is delivered to both if each car's state of charge allows it.
Well, if you look at Tesla's website, there are 2 future locations in this area:
Find Us | Tesla
One in Almaden and another in South San Jose.
This one is really the Almaden location and not South San Jose.

That's my guess as well that this is the Alamden location. The place holder on Tesla's map puts the Almaden location on a single track hiking trail in the woods inside the Quicksilver county park, I'm 99.99999% sure it isn't actually going to be the real location.
The grey “place holder” icons on the Find Us map are never exactly where the actual location will be, and are often miles off. They are not intended to denote the exact location.
My guess is that this location will be named "Almaden Ranch" when it opens. Definitely not "South San Jose" as currently stated in the thread title.
Moderator note: my practice has been to change the name of the thread, if needed, when the Supercharger goes live and it appears in Tesla’s maps and the official name is then known.
