The Whitecourt Supercharger is still under construction as of March 15. The site is still missing the white disconnect enclosure (you can see the conduits with cables inside the temporary wooden enclosure) and the green transformer and meter is yet to be energized. The parking lot is also still unpaved.

Meter is powered up. Hopefully TESLA is NOT waiting to repave the stalls. Gravel is leveled and dry (no bump).

I just charged at 3 unpaved superchargers in Manitoba yesterday so they clearly have no problem with that (They usually get paved later during paving season). I was hoping this one and Valleyview would be done by now as I'll be in the general vicinity later today. But it's looking like I'll have to save it for my next trip to the area.
