Swung through yesterday and there was an underground excavation/vacuum company doing some work. Looked like they were working in a trench leading to the transformer pad next to the switchgear cabinet.

Yeah, I went by today around 3pm and there was no activity, but cabinets were still in plastic and the SCs were taped.

I plan on ordering a Highland M3 when its released (assuming I dont hate it) so I will be excited to use this when I get a chance as its right on my way out of town when going to Seattle.

Went by today and saw some slight differences. SCs still taped, but the cabinets are uncovered, and it seems they dug the trench up again and then refilled it?

Yes, trench was uncovered Aug 18 when I was through, at least on the cabinet side of the parking lot. Against the hotel was still filled in.
As far as inspections, seems that everything is passed except labeling so hasn’t quite been marked inactive yet.

I drove by today and it did look open, no tape or anything, but also no one charging and I dont have a Tesla so I could not verify.
