Went by Petaluma today and not much change, trenching looks done a few pieces of equipment and gravel mounds. A large blue tarp covers something, did not want to uncover it.

looks likeOn the new 2016 Supercharger map on the newly revised Tesla website, there appears to be a new SC location southeast of Manteca and another new location north of Tejon. My interpretation is that Tesla is going to fully support travel along 99 with two new locations.
I noticed that finally we can drive up the coast, also maybe Monterey.looks like

There was a lot of activity at the Petaluma construction site yesterday. They were working on something inside the big structure next to the individual charging bays.
Thanks for checking it out, looks to be getting close. There was a lot of activity at the Petaluma construction site yesterday. They were working on something inside the big structure next to the individual charging bays.

Thanks, looks like it is moving along. 10 that is nice.More activity today. They now have 10 stalls, all wired up. The backhoe is digging a pretty big hole -- a transformer vault?

Have not had a chance to go by lately, should be up soon.Any updates in the last couple of days? I'm hoping to stop by the site myself soon!
I've been bringing the crew a dozen donuts in the afternoon every couple of days, hoping to help keep them happy, energetic, and productive. Seems to work, at least in my dreams.
We all thank you for the donuts and update, cannot wait and hope for early next month. Interesting there are on to Napa next because rumor was it would not come on line until end of the year.Stopped by this afternoon. Asphalt striped, pedestals complete. Foreman says PG&E will hopefully set transformer Monday, then TM will test, may be open on February 1, fingers crossed. Foreman says the contractor they work for, out of SoCal, has done five supercharger projects, Petaluma being the first one he's personally been involved in--they mostly have done telecom site installs in the past.
He says they're going to Napa next.
Don't forget the patulie oil, tydie and marjuana.Yay! Looks like I will have to get a cabin in Mendocino for my wife's birthday at the end of Feb after all!!!
