While Tesla owners are following the progress of the Melbourne to Adelaide Supercharger link for the Hornsdale Big Battery event, some Adelaide Tesla owners may also be thinking about the possibility of SC to the MCG for the AFL grand final. Both Sydney and Adelaide are still in with a chance. Sydney owners have no problems SC to Melbourne. If rumors are correct and Keith and Adelaide SC are up and running by 29 Sept, the Adelaide Melbourne trip would be an easy run with a meal break and top up in Horsham at a destination charger. Or am I counting my Crows and Swans before they hatch?

You won't make it to Melbourne by mid afternoon for the Grand Final, so you'll have to stay somewhere, so even if there are no superchargers you can stay at Horsham (charging overnight) and get there almost as fast @BenT !

After Sydney's 'Swansong' on Friday night, there's now a 'Cat amongst the pigeons - so to speak !' Heaven forbid, an all Victorian Grand Final, with the Cats & the Tiges ! Both would welcome support from the North & West(SC's permitting) !

Get away early enough and its doable - if Keith and Horsham are on line, even temporarily. Exciting times for Crows and Tigers fans. Go the Power. :(
