Meanwhile..in Switzerland...

...we could take our MDL3 home !!!

First delivery was scheduled (wrongly by some sms) for Friday 22th, then postponed to Wednesday 27th. On Monday 25th a delivery specialist called again to inquire if we could make it earlier, and of course we could. Tesla CH has rented a huge warehouse near Zürich, where the deliveries take place. I counted around 80 cars ready for immediate delivery. I didn't have the time to wander around to see how many P's were there but i would assume at least 25%. Everything went super smooth. Some glitches in communications (delivery of summer tires, place of storage of those, but nothing important).

As a Roadster 2.0 owner since 2009 and S since 2013 i was not expecting too much of the performance or handling of the 3, but man was I proven wrong. The car is a beast (and I'm talking about the non P version) It feels zippier than the Roadster, has more feedback than the S and beats both in terms of interior quality, starting with the touch and looks of everything to the practicality of storage and the quality of the soundsystem. I'm frankly amazed of that car. I almost regret having given it as a present to my better half (joking of course). Autopilot works like a charm (much better than V1 i have been used from the S). I have not have the time to get used to the UI of the 3 which seems to be a downstripped version of the S. And to say at least something more slightly negative, accessibility of the trunk is much worse than the S. We'll see how, or if we can get used to this.

Having said this I could not care less about SEC, Elons tweets, boring SP performance or the masses of FUD. I just regret not having bought more stock when it was around 250 this year (I bought some, but didn't have more cash ready) As Audi, VW, Benz, BMW, I would be very very scared. This car just blows it out of the park. There is NO competition, nowhere near, not in a single aspect. The stock can only go in one direction, in the long term. I will refrain from short term plays and just stay very very long.

Cheers to all the longs, reservation holders.. your wait will be rewarded.

I’ll be there for my P3D in... 6 hours!! ... but after 1063 days who’s counting ...

I have a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach that this is a take private announcement.

Hopefully I’m wrong and it’s Model 3 SR.

So soon after an interview with Kathie Wood of ARK Invest?? Remember she wrote a letter to the board advising against taking Tesla private. No chance.

*cough* GM pickup power train *cough*

Jim Cramer seems to think the SEC is the mafia and that Don Corleone is the SEC chair.. what a clown.

The agency doesn't need to read the conference calls. It just needs to follow when it is attacked. Musk's lawyer probably is ready to go down and beg for the man who won't beg himself.

If the SEC says the above, the judge will order contempt of court charges against SEC, faster than Elon can tweet.

The fact that he will deliver TSLA related news right after the last day relevant (even in it's slightest) to the bonds maturity, makes me extremely bullish.

That's my take too: the convertible notes were dilutive, and were possibly used by short sellers too. 3:59 EST 1:59pm PST tomorrow is the last VWAP pricing minute that decides the March 1 conversion price. If it's below $360 then note holders get cash.

Just one hour later: Elon's "Some Tesla news" event.

I'm bullish too.

Coast-to-coast FSD demo secured?

Or some gigantic merger or partnership?

I'm still wondering about this recent tweet:

Elon Tusk on Twitter

"Fate *loves* irony. Frankly, too much."

I think this is related to tomorrow's event, not the SEC action. Is "Some Tesla news" = "GM-Tesla Pickup Truck"?
