This was great, thanks! I thought the most interesting thing was that a new faculty member under Jeff has created a new positive electrode with no transition metals. I'm not even sure how that would work....no NMC materials....

She just received an offer from Tesla for a 4 month internship to work at the Kato road pilot battery factory on the improvement of the dry electrode coating process, starting end of April, so she will be involved in some exciting work, but she will probably not be allowed to tell me too much about that...
