Love the range change bit, not having to dig into menus is great and the wifi bit will be good when my year of premium connectivity expires (when my car arrives) as my phone has tons of data that i never use

I guess with that wifi change all you'd lose by hotspotting your car on the move is traffic and satellite maps?

Quite interested in the Auto-dim function. Where I park can be a perfect storm of poor visibility. I have a very narrow driveway. There is an LED streetlamp overhead that shines on the front windscreen causing a number of weird reflections that bounce into the wing mirrors and when it's dark with rain on the mirrors, makes lining the car up to reverse in very tricky indeed. This isn't helped by dimmed mirrors so the option to disable auto-dim on reverse could be very useful.

I'd be surprised if you can choose to auto dim on reverse. The release notes suggest you can simply turn off auto dimming or not, i.e. dimming becomes manual or disabled completely.

This isn't helped by dimmed mirrors so the option to disable auto-dim on reverse could be very useful.

Unfortunately it looks to be just auto dim on/off and not reverse although I think things in reverse have improved recently, based upon one recent dark drive where I had to reverse and could actually see something in rear view (door) mirrors when reversing!

Another one that possibly needs to be more accessible.

Keeping WiFi on is great. And car wash mode, if people use those. The range/battery selector is a nice touch.

Hope I get it soon. I only just got the previous one this morning (arcade game + Croatia/Finnish support).

Do we know if this is just the rear view mirror auto dim or does it include the wing mirrors too? Reason I ask is that I’d like to turn it of just for the rear view mirror as I have tinted my rear screen but not the wing mirrors

They go in order... 24 is higher than 12 so it's a later version / update.

It does stop dimming when you put it in reverse anyway, always has, just it takes a little while for the dimming to fade.
