M3P Black/Black, Cash, Edinburgh - Ordered 11/01 - VIN came (hidden) last weekend, still nothing showing on my account. Told when I phoned I have been matched and my car is on BROOKLANDS with delivery expected mid March.

I got an RN number today, this was sent to the leasing company last week and passed to me. Can someone actually explain what significance the RN number has?

You can now call Tesla and quote the RN and they should be able to update you on where your order is.

Completely agree. For a tech company they are pretty archaic in some of their processes!

Finally been informed my M3P is on the Grand Mark. Ordered 24/10, Given my VIN 6/2.

Called Tesla and gave them my RN number, that's about as far as I got as they couldn't tell me any specifics without a VIN. They did say I should expect my delivery "around April/May"...


The wait continues.

I'm not sure you can per se. Tesla is pretty chaotic on this point; most people seem to be getting notified less than 7 days before collection, some of mine have been down to 48 hours which is a bit tight for payment if your bank limits payments to £10K per day, or you have other arrangements to make ...

But that is for cash purchase, sorry I don't know how that plays out with Lease vehicles.

Just spoke to customer services who told me my car is awaiting loading in SF and to expect late March delivery.

Update from Edinburgh yesterday, guy though the car had left America a couple of days ago and would still be on schedule for late March delivery.
