We stopped at Hopwoord Park on the way to Sheffield on Wednesday and there was a Tesla guy there upgrading the stalls, we stopped there on the way back from Sheffield yesterday and they all now have CCS connectors.
Just logged into the app and it still says 2 available at warwick and 4 at hopwood.
Is the app is not uptodate? I use it to see if any are available before heading off.

If visiting any of these Superchargers please check to see if all-stalls converted to two-hoses at the remaining sites. Along with a new "Yes" having a "not yet" confirmation will also be useful

yep Gordano all done... they seriously need to update their maps. We were panicking on the way to Hopwood thinking there were only two chargers and someone would beat us to it. Tons of chargers there!
But Tankersley Manor Hotel (Barnsley) does actually have 2 (both converted) one of which was free... phew.

The maps are usually updated within a day or two. Neither you, nor I, have any idea what post installation checks they do before the maps are then updated.
Here's a short 5 minute video comparison - look for the stalls with two black cables in the middle.
... and when you get there for the first time, remember to push and lift the cable off of the retaining hook, don't just try to pull it straight down as I see most new 3 owners trying to do...
On the M3 sat nav, it will only show you the CCS locations and numbers available. It does not show the type 2 chargers
