The problem is the state will still not allow SCs out here in the Netherlands of WNY. THERE ARE two Model 3s in my town of 3000 but I haven’t seen others. At the detail shop I use there were 3 3s in at the same time so more are on the way.I like to check out delivery threads for different areas of the country to get a feel for how things are going in general across the U.S. Until I just looked at the Tesla map for NY State, I had no idea how limited the delivery centers were for a lot of you guys in State. My relatives were all on Long Island so kind of clueless to other areas. I guess I can see why Mt Kisco being the most northern store gets much of the delivery business for the rest of the State (Guess Cleveland and Pittsburgh would be the stores closest to western NY). So different for us here in the SF Bay area where we are spoiled really.
I know you guys have mobile coverage for service but too bad those of you like in the Buffalo area can't use the Canadian service centers (unless I'm wrong). Northeast coast there is kind of the new Wild West on the other side of the country as far as Tesla pioneering. LOL. So how large of a community of Tesla owners is there outside of the dense NYC area? Do you see other Teslas on the road? With Tesla starting to really take off with the Model 3, hopefully stores and service centers will be coming closer to you this year and next.
