This is off Twitter for a M3. Thinking mcu1 cars should be able to support?
Why shouldn't they? European MCU1 cars have had spotify since the beginning, 2013.
MCU1 cars have had spotify for years, just not in the US.
Are we able to play full albums by an artist? That's my biggest complaint with slacker. It creates a playlist inspired by the selected artist.
I'm guessing since you have your own Premium Account (not included or paid for by Tesla like the Slacker account), then I think you can create your own playlists for a specific artists... You have ultimate control as a Premium Account.
Yes unless they change it - The Europe cars with Spotify have full albums already. And you can go back / replay a song.
I hope Elon gives us MCU1 cars Spotify. I know technically they can do it, but they also want people to upgrade their cars eventually and might start dangling that carrot one day.
I hope this 10.0 update gives something to the MCU1 users. Lol
I just spent $3,500 to fix the MCU1. Praying for something to work on it with these updates. ))
Only thing we don't get is Tesla Theater and the usual games.
I kind of like Slacker. Will it still be there with the Spotify upgrade?
Interesting. How do you know that there won’t be the theater?
Twitter. Mcu1 owner got v10 public.
You still get slacker.
Is enhanced summon in this update?

Tella us nothing about mcu1
Australian cars with MCU1 all got Spotify from the beginning (way before V10). Worked fine.
And it works well if you have Premium. Brings all my playlists over, basically functions as the normal app version. Can sometimes time out, but usually flicking to another source and back again will fix any issues. Don't think you can download songs or anything (not tried) or specify quality of the songs etc.
