What are these?

Took delivery of my car a couple weeks ago, and these were in the frunk. Any idea what they are for?

Also, for the tow hook, is there a specific place to put it? It can't really just be thrown in the frunk?

Small plastic bags contain extra screws for your license plates. I don't know why you got 3 packets!

The electrical wires may be for towing hookups.

I don't think there's a place for tow hook yet. Someone needs to design one

Tow hook has a place in the carry bag for the UMC. The cable is for connecting a brake switch up front by the drivers pedals for towing a large vehicle

I did not have a tow option so I only got those screws that are for the front license plate (that we don't use here).

This is correct. The above is for the brake light connection cable for towing, and the second metal part is called "towing eye" which you will screw in to the front bumper area to "get towed" your vehicle.

Thanks for everyone's replies. And yes, the front plate bracket wasn't installed yet. Did Tesla include any license plate frames? I'd assume they include at least one.

Tesla doesn't want you to drive with a license plate bearing Ford or GM brands so, yes, Tesla does include a license plate frame.

However, they may be temporarily out-of-stock and you just need to come back for it.

I specifically asked for a license plate frame and they said you need to buy one if you want it. They had them in stock.

I would escalate to a manager or just write an e-mail to Tesla Contact page and see what's the response.
