With the Cybertruck and the semi ramp up, the MY getting a similar upgrade as the M3, followed by a sub-compact within the next 2 Elon years. IMHO, TSLA will be well positioned in most segments for now

Will this figment of your imagination arrive before or after the mythical roadster?followed by a sub-compact within the next 2 Elon years
Yeah I saw that awhile back. Ar that time she hadn't finished it, nice.
Before and out of Giga-Mexico most likely. But I did specify Elon years, so...Will this figment of your imagination arrive before or after the mythical roadster?
What is it with you “demand” zealots.Yeah, right. Because opening a new factory when demand is slumping and output from the latest factory in Berlin is still not up to speed seems likely
Because they’re a public company listed in the USA and quarterly results move markets. It literally is that simple.Oh yeah? So why the end of quarter incentives to try to shift the ever growing inventory? The cars are supposed to sell themselves
You didn't answer the question, if demand isn't dropping, why are they throwing out incentives and price drops to try and shift cars when previously they didn't need to? Why is the inventory growing?Because they’re a public company listed in the USA and quarterly results move markets. It literally is that simple.
Speaking as someone who has worked for several NASDAQ listed companies in a variety of industries and it’s the exact same in every single one of them, especially those with high levels of employee stock based compensation.
Tesla has been pushing cars at the end of the quarter for many years. In fact, several years ago Elon said they were going to stop doing this. You didn't answer the question, if demand isn't dropping, why are they throwing out incentives and price drops to try and shift cars when previously they didn't need to? Why is the inventory growing?
Sigh. I did answer the question, you might not like the answer, but OK, let’s dive in to each of these additional questions one by one:You didn't answer the question, if demand isn't dropping, why are they throwing out incentives and price drops to try and shift cars when previously they didn't need to? Why is the inventory growing?
Comprehension skills must not be required for these supposed NASDAQ listed companies you claim to have worked for.

My guess is before. Work is just starting up on Giga Mexico where Elon alluded to building the $25K Tesla. New Giga factories are built pretty quickly in the grand scheme of things. Building the sub-compact is probably a lot easier to do since it will likely be a “subset” of the model 3, with not a lot of crazy new engineering to accomplish. The new Roadster however, with a ridiculous top speed, sub two second 0-60 acceleration, and a 600 mile range in a very small package is likely causing engineering nightmares to get into a reasonably cost effective production. Will this figment of your imagination arrive before or after the mythical roadster?

Unlimited demand, which is why they've had more price cuts in the last few days
Tesla is not another company, they are Tesla. To ask why isn't Tesla just like somebody else is rediculous. People are constantly asking this question in one form or another. So what’s going on?
lol.Unlimited demand, which is why they've had more price cuts in the last few days
