When my wife wasn't home the buyers (husband/wife) showed up and his wife jokingly asked if all the shoes were for sale too.

I as I told her it's included in the price of the tools.

Few minutes after they left my wife was all as she pulled in the carport and saw clear access to her shoe closet.

As she stepped out of the driver's seat I acted and jumped right in and did a launch in reverse.

Haven't been home since. Airbnb tonight.

Moral of the story: what goes around comes around. You want to sell my tools? Sure let's do it. And I'll sell your shoes that you almost never use and just like to have "in case" of this or that occasion (just like the tools).
