Your Ideal Model 3 Color Configuration

After seeing the debut I think I'll probably go for the silver. It looks striking!

Same here, depending on what the other options are. I'm not normally a silver car fan, but damn it looked good.

I was deadset on metallic Blue but that gun metal Matt Grey looks so good too. I'm not sure if i should get dark black rims or Bright Chrome ones...

Since it will be my wife's commuter, it will be blue on the outside. Probably blue on the inside as well.

After seeing it online, my wife said she wants red. So that is probably what we'll end up with, considering she let me spend $1000 on a car we won't get for ~ 2 years and hadn't seen at the time.

Add black wheels to the silver and it is really special.

If they offer that matte gray, I'll add black wheels and black interior. Otherwise, my Ξ will be silver.

I think Black looks the best. The champagne looks nice. The matte looks good, but not as a daily driver for anyone under 30. I haven't seen white yet.

Think outside the box, folks. Many are assuming the existing color palette of the S and X will be your only choices for the 3. What other colors peek your interest? Remember, The 3 is a different car and so it's colors should reflect it's personality as well as yours.

Prior to the reveal wanted black, until I saw a red MS at the Store I was putting down my deposit in. I thought the red looked sweet! But now that I see all of that tinted glass on the roof I'm thinking black again. I just don't go for that 2-tone look. As for the interior I'm thinking black or gray. Sorry about being so boring HookBill.

I'll take the "slate" one from the Reveal w/ black/dark interior w/ a panoramic roof that opens. I don't like the wheels, but the rest of this one appeals:

The silver from the Reveal comes in a close second.

Before seeing it I'd said Pearl white metallic with white interior. (Yeah, I don't have kids. And I keep my cars very clean.) But that silver was gorgeous. I could do the exact one that was in the middle of the stage - silver with white interior.

Agreed, but I have a funny feeling that color is part of a performance specced model. The whole thing was way more aggressive than the others onstage.

Pearl White Multi-Coat (not Solid White which appears to be a flat white) looks nice as does Silver Metallic. Those are timeless colors fit for any occasion.

I hope Tesla continues to expand their color palette. The original offerings all but monochromatic but they've made some reasonable additions since. If I were choosing among today's options? We'll go with either the red multi-coat, the titanium metallic, or midnight silver metallic. Otherwise I'd be open to lots of options. I wonder if they'd consider offering the signature red? It's a stunning color and since there won't be any signature Model 3s...

As for the interior, I really like the two-tone grey we have in our Model S. Leather and cloth would both be viable options for us. The one thing we're certain about is that we're not wild about a black interior.
