This happens to me at Superchargers too. Never thought to see if it could be fixed, figured it was a typical Tesla glitch. There have been a few times where I have had to keep the door open the whole time I was charging.

Like I mentioned, I haven't had to make an insurance claim in a long time - more than 10 years. And just recently switched insurance companies, and the new company was not helpful at all about filing a claim. Which is why I posted and asked for advice. Thanks for the advice.

Yes. I loved NoA when it first came out. My little nieces and nephews thought it was the coolest thing because prior to it coming out they always wanted/expected the car to take its own turns. Then Tesla updated NoA and I stopped using it due to many of the issues you relate here.
