There is a variety of definition here of “FSD” and of resulting expectations for that definition. Myself, I’m happy to receive the beta button for City Streets Nav here in a few days. Not expecting “level 5”, just the stuff I currently see being tested. That would make me smile.

Elon “8.3...end of next week”, ~this Friday-Sun. I think that’s with “the button.” Fsdbeta v9, that’s in April.

It’s the invite to the broader Early Access Program, not specifically the fsdbeta testing group.

That email is the confirmation that the car has joined the EAP program, not that it has received any beta SW to test, including fsdbeta. This seems different than what Elon tweeted re “the button.” That didn’t seem tied to EAP only, rather to those with FSD who want to download that SW.

The gap you see between the side windows and the B pillar glass is normal. Yes it is slightly wider than you would expect but it’s all good. No worries.

How I’m interpreting it: Added 2000 to 8.2 beta (2x from the 1000), 10x added to 8.3 via “the button”, the big update (beta version 9) in April.

Unless a ton of people with HW3 are on EA, or are knighted, we are going to have to upgrade a bunch of EA folks currently on HW2.5 to properly test FSD over several weeks.
