I’m sorry it was months ago and I can’t quickly find it. I’ll try to look for it and post it. They guy went around the car with some kind of heat meter to test all the windows with/without tint IIRC.

There’s a video on YouTube of someone with an early build doing a measured heat test of all the windows and the roof has excellent heat rejection. Everyone can do what they want of course, I just opted to save the money and throw up a cheap sunshade from time to time.

Why are people tinting their roofs? Model Y already has heat rejection in that glass. It’s the only glass in the car that does.
