On 2022.4.5, still an issue. I think it is not slow or sluggish, I think it just gets stuck on some random value. Definitely not good when you’re depending on frost/ice warning.

I’ve also had recurring issues with stuck temp reading. Both too low and too high by 5-10 C. Most recently today on 2022.4.5. Reading 1 C when it’s 10 C.

Dumbest thing I’ve heard in a while! Maybe they should try a hyperbaric chamber as a fix?

Pretty obvious the omission of vertical screen dinosaurs is an oversight or worse. More likely the latter….

Reminds me of turning with my Wrangler in 4WD HI mode on a hard surface.

I have the same issue, it seems especially when backing up on hard surfaces.

This has gotten far worse now… While driving message that certain safety and auto pilot features are unavailable. After third failed install, message on screen: contact Tesla service. additional message: cannot drive car during install!?!? I called Tesla service two days ago, spent 45 minutes...

Same here, multiple times, in 2021. It really sucks when you’re doing this on the fly elsewhere (no Wi-Fi in my parking space). And to add insult to injury, it wiped out the first 50% when I did a reset… You would think in this day and age there would be a more effective way.

As for the hissing wind sound above 120 km/h: still there…

So I went to the Hannover (Germany) service center, and they did the 3 hour repair. It doesn’t look as extensive as the SB I referenced above, and even the half shaft part numbers are different, but it did the trick! No more shudder!

1) i had read about it but wasn’t sure a shudder on mild acceleration only in such a narrow speed range was THE shudder. Apparently there is a recent Tesla shudder service bulletin code SB-21-39-001 (May 2021). 2) Thanks, will check. Just fold them back or take for service?

Same issue here, one event saved every minute, 777 in one go. Parked in private Underground garage where there were no such issues for months. Started a few days ago. Not long after 2021.4.18 update.

Same here, 2020 MX with latest sw locks and then crashes on various sites… also very slow in loading first page.

Interesting approach! Might even increase accuracy. Even without speed limits signs one can probably get a pretty good idea of the speed limit but analyzing speed of previous vehicles in a given location traveling in a given direction. Pretty anything would be an improvement over dangerously...

Good to hear! One would hope that Tesla has the software already developer and tested, ready to be deployed as soon as any IP issues have been resolved. Doesn’t such a strict patent ruling seem to violate the stipulation that an invention has to be non-obvious?

Soon would be great and long overdue IMHO. Seems obvious to me that without that feature you cannot even begin to use the fancy term ‘full self driving feature complete’.

Thanks. This is disappointing and hard to accept from an AI that supposedly recognizes traffic lights and STOP signs. Does anyone know if this is a programming issue or an IP issue? Any idea when this might (re)added?

Thanks for the advice! As far as oversupply, it seems odd that this would be the case now (case in point: Norway), when the only factory making those vehicles is in CA and has been closed for months. Plus shipping and import to Europe probably take their own sweet time.
