Have you been by the area recently to see if any construction has been started? Drove though Shelbyville yesterday but didn't feel like driving out of my way to look.

Is there a way to tell the car to have it charged to 100% by X time? So it hits 100 right at that time. It seems like I can't figure out a way in the car or the app. There is the scheduled departure time and scheduled charging, but they don't seem to correlate to one another.

There is no telling. I switched colors earlier this month from white to MSM and my EDD did not change at all, actually moved up a few extra days. On the other hand, I've seen people switch colors and wait a few extra months.

You do know that the new battery is a replacement for the current auxiliary 12v battery. It only supposedly slightly affects range due to the extra power usage from the ryzen chip. These changes will not give you any extra range.

Another person on reddit said 2 different advisors told them the new Ryzens were only being installed in Model Y's and they were installing the rest of the Intels in the Model 3. Which honestly makes sense. I'm sure they have a ton of intel that would just go to waste.

Normal. A brand new car rarely has 0 miles. Average seems 5 to 25 or so miles. I've seen more as well. You will have to call Tesla to see if it has Ryzen.

I've seen some Tesla reps tell people they can't see that information, though multiple I talked to at the cincinnati location have told me they have access to see which chip it has. So I guess some just don't know where to find it or don't want to deal with it.

Call your advisor. If you don't have one (or yours doesn't respond), you can call your Tesla center.

I just emailed my advisor and told them I am not looking at taking delivery in December and they said they would put my order on hold until I was ready and has 90 days from original order date to hold it.

I went back and forth for a few days on this. My EDD is late November into December. I ended up deciding to to put my vehicle on hold until January. I'm in no hurry to get it and will be busy with work all December anyways. I'm willing to wait an extra 30 or so days to potentially save up to $8,000.

Thanks everyone! I reached out to an electrician in the area who said my home's load will be fine for a 50amp 14-50 outlet (which I decided on). He also gave me an estimate of $1200 to run it 10ft on the same wall as the panel. I think I'll reach out to get more quotes. That seems extreme.

That's awesome your utility company paid for it. I've heard many do that, or at least help with it. Mine acted like I was stupid when i called and asked them about rebates or incentives for EVs.
