Our solar edge app hasn’t updated in about 12 days now. Tesla is zero help and solar edge says they aren’t able to connect to our inverter. Any ideas on how we can restore connection to the gateway?

The biggest concern with solar in AZ with SRP is the demand charge. Enter the PW! Been over a week now with 0 demand and actually a negative demand! This is all while the AC is on and my house is nice and cool. Bill has dropped $5-$10 a day since turning on our system.

Anyone having this same issue? Tesla app only registers 50% of production.

Is there a way to force the PW to charge from the panels and the home from the grid?

this week we traveled to Cali and the car was always ready before we were. We routinely were seeing high 500’s for mph. Highest we got was 613mph. Has anyone seen higher on a V2 charger?

So I am hearing mixed things from Tesla and hoping y’all can help. Is it possible for my AC unit to be powered by my PW while the grid is still active? I know during an outage it’s necessary to have 2 in order for full home backup but I thought 1PW was enough to run an ac unit while grid is active.

Almost 100% of the time when I get into my car it shows the message of No connectivity, with the line through the LTE signal. This is regardless of if car is connected to wifi or lte. I am currently on 5.15. Does this happen to everyone else often? It resumes connectivity shortly after I get in.
