Wall charger voltage, and HST question with Ontario rebate incentive form

Hi everyone, today is the deadline for the charger rebate in Ontario so wanted to send mine in. I just have 2 questions wondering if anyone knows: 1) It asks for the "voltage rating" but I don't even see the word volt on any page about the charger so wondering what this is. 2) It asks for the...

Frunk shortcut on the Tesla app, can I change it to the trunk?

On the home screen of the Tesla app it shows AC, Frunk, and Door Locks as the 3 quick icons, but if I want to open the trunk you have to go to Controls and then select it. Do people actually open the Frunk more than the Trunk? Can these be swapped? I don't see any way to but thought I'd check.

No way to have Bluetooth audio play over Slacker right?

I have my phone connected with Bluetooth and I'm using Android auto on it to control music. When I get a text message or hangouts message or Facebook I can press play and it plays the message back to me and I can respond by voice. The only problem is if I'm listening to Slacker it doesn't work I...

How does navigation calculate superchargers in relation to charge limit?

I have my car set to charge to 80% but if I use the navigation and tell it to navigate to Miami for example it doesn't matter if the charge limit is set to 80% or 100% the results are the same. It shows I will arrive with the same amount of battery, shows the same thing in terms of how long I...

Thought I'd post this quick since all I see are so many negative delivery experiences so thought I'd post mine in Toronto. I reserved April 20th, ordered June 28th or so, and took delivery yesterday at Toronto Lawrence. The staff were amazing and so helpful, and we were in and out in maybe...

Questions about Slacker, is it supposed to be this buggy?

Hi everyone. I have always used Spotify but when I saw Slacker was included on the free LTE with the Model 3 I thought I'd check into it even though I'd never heard of it before. I remember reading on here or Reddit people saying I think that the Tesla version you get for free is the $3.99 a...

Deliveries in Canada/Toronto, anyone actually get a M3 yet?

I live in Toronto and I've still yet to see a Model 3 in person. I drive to work every day and I look everywhere, and I will see maybe 2 Tesla's in total every week, that's it. It's always a white Model X as well that I'm starting to think is the same person lol. I've seen a Model S a few...

Hi everyone, Here's a photo of my breaker: Imgur I just got a quote from the first place here in Toronto to have the wall charger installed, but noticed they wrote on the quote: - All necessary wiring (approx 90’) suitable for 48A charge rate should panel be upgraded in future. - Double Pole...

Number of required Powerwalls based on my hydro bill

Hi everyone. I was looking at the Powerwall configuration page and put my house at 2100 square feet, and selected AC operational during an outage, and put EV not operational during an outage, and it said 3 Powerwalls based on estimated 57 kWh/daily. If I remove the EV all together it says...

How does getting your plates work (ideally in Canada)?

Will be picking up from Toronto when I finally get the call but just curious how plates work. I've seen lots of people on here in the US posting that they got a call basically saying your car is ready in 2 days kinda deal. When I've bought my BMWs before they do all the plates and order it...

Is the Tesla service centre at Lawrence/DVP in Toronto not a delivery centre?

That location is literally 10 minutes up the street from me but when configuring my car it was showing Oakville. Do they not do deliveries at the Lawrence location? If not, can someone confirm it's still an actual service centre though, as in I can ship the winter tires there or go there if I...

I noticed in the online store you can buy different versions of the phone charging cable. I need the USB C one; is that included or should I purchase that now so I have it when I take delivery?

Do you get anything for free or gift cards when you take delivery?

So I just want to start by clarifying that I'm not expecting to get anything for free, but my past 5 cars have been BMW and every time on delivery they throw in a $50 gift card for their store. Handy to put towards something I'd be buying anyway. Just wanted to check if Tesla does anything as I...

Using 3rd party chargers, they seem so slow what's the benefit?

I was planning on driving my model 3 from Toronto to Montreal sometime so I was checking out different charging options. There is many superchargers along the way including in Montreal but then I noticed there's tons of third-party charging stations in Montreal as well. They have a whole network...
