LR RWD. Picked up 6/20, build date of 6/15. HW3. Also on 2019.15.103, with no updates so far.

You hardware 3 guys get special firmware updates from the rest of us HW2.5 guys I guess.
Kind of like the spoiled younger kids.

I looked behind the glove compartment and I've confirmed mine came with HW3. P/N: 1462554-00-H

TeslaFi shows only 40 cars with update 2019.15.103 and all of them are supposed to be AP 2.5. That can't be right.

TeslaFi can't identify the AP hardware version on Model 3 cars from the Tesla API, so it just shows that all Model 3s have 2.5 hardware, which is obviously incorrect.

I have 2019.15.103 picked up in June 21st, 422xxx VIN number.

Confirmed with agent its HW2.5 and I checked my Dashcam codec and its H.264.

Picked up my P3D, FSD (422xxx) on 6/17. It had 15.103 - included all the features one would expect at this stage. A couple days ago, it updated to 20.4.1 and then last night to 20.4.2. Dashcam vids are H.265 (as reported by VLC). About the only thing I noticed different to 20.4.1, besides the driving game, was the new app launcher. I haven't driven yet with last night's update.

Same here. Just updated to 2019.20.4.2

So it looks like the trigger for software updates is to post on TMC.

Mine updated to 2019.20.4.2 (from 20.2.1) a few minutes ago. I have not looked at the release notes yet. Got the alert on my phone and told it to go ahead and install. Pretty cool that this happens through the app now.
