Might want to do a brake + reset Both of our cars were /are on advanced and every time I “checked for software update” it displayed we had the latest updated. I finally did a brake+reset and waiting minutes both cars had an “update available” With two cats doing it side by side it was TOO random to not have been an issue ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Based on threads over on Reddit, 2020.4.10 seems like a minor bug-fix release. No changes in the release notes from 2020.4.1.

It's amazing how much they've backed off on the releases. Used to be weekly, then bi-weekly, then monthly, and now it seems to be quarterly.

I guess they focus on the Y version.
Same happened in the last months before 3 came out: S and X updates very much slowed down. Then it took some more months after 3 came out while the dev team was probably still focusing on completing and fixing the firmware.
But just guessing based on previous observations

Just drove the first autopilot trip now. AP in this release is definitely weaving a lot, it's literally overcompensating every adjustment and steers back and forth. It did not behave like this previously.

Just got 2020.4.10. Crazy behavior merging onto a highway on NOA. It will merge all the way over into the left lane, then signal a lane change back to the right lane.

Maybe it thinks it’s a Prius when it first merges onto the highway, then realizes it’s not and comes to its senses when it makes it all the way to the left lane

I prefer continue on this thread, but for the 2020.4.10.1


I got this version installed last night.
The only thing I noticed is the Tesla tabs menu header on top of the web browser.

- But may be this was like this on the previous version?
- This tab menu stays at the top of any web page.
- I was also not able to activate any of the tabs or to login.​
