Any evidence of M3 transporters leaving Southampton yet ?
Even more interesting to me is if anybody spots transporters heading towards Irish Sea ports such as Fishguard, Holyhead or Liverpool

I wonder what it costs to keep Glovis Challenge going round in circles for 2 days? You would have thought there would be a big drive to get them unloaded so the boat can move onto its next job.
You think this is now an operational delay, rather than weather now? to the earlier point though this must be costing a fortune! You are not following what is happening...
Well GRAND MARK can wave at it as it sails/steams/powers past on it's way into port. You think this is now an operational delay, rather than weather now? to the earlier point though this must be costing a fortune!
My hope is that the cars dont fall into a Tesla shaped crack where they just get forgotten some where in storage near zeeb whilst they figure out what to do!
I think I am following (unless I am missing something), I am just interested in what it costs them. Port issues, weather, administrative .... £2k/day, £20k/day.... will influence what risk they take. You are not following what is happening...
Hopefully our cars can keep each other company!Well GRAND MARK can wave at it as it sails/steams/powers past on it's way into port.
No.Well GRAND MARK can wave at it as it sails/steams/powers past on it's way into port.
No.
It will not dock either so long as there is an administrative issue.
It will apply to all the ships.Surely the issue should only relate to the challenge, being as Cosmos docked without issue last week and Grand Mark's schedule should remain unaffected?
Hello,
Thank you for all the info, apologies if my questions have already been covered
I’m collecting in Birmingham and think there is a car for me on The Grand Mark. Hidden VIN appeared 10th Feb.
If the Grand Mark arrives on time, I’ll take a guess delivery will schedule 2 weeks later?
- Where does your vehicle need to be on it’s journey before your likely to receive a text from Tesla?
- How much time does a car roughly have left on its journey when arriving at Zee?
thanks
Quick check of when my company last used a large ship (Industrial Song) to ship something big (500Te) out of Portsmouth the demurrage costs were £18k/day and that ship was half the size of Glovis Challenge. So not a trivial cost to keep it hanging around.I understand that Tesla has such a tight grip on costs that every outgoing payment has to cross his desk for approval before it gets paid.
10th Feb would indicate Brooklands same as my vehicle, my allocation appeared same time frame and this morning had Brooklands confirmed to me. They even confirmed the spec of that allocation is what I ordered, so maybe there is a system after all...
Thank you both, I will follow BROOKLANDSMore likely BROOKLANDS than GRAND MARK in my opinion.
BROOKLANDS may do a drop off at Southampton
A few post before you.. will find your answer: BROOKLANDSMy hidden VIN appeared on the 14th Feb and was confirmed by Tesla when I phoned them today.
Is it fair to assume my M3 is on the Morning Cara?
Was just wondering if that 4 day difference would push it back to the Morning Cara...but if it’s the BROOKLANDS I can be even more excited!A few post before you.. will find your answer: BROOKLANDS
